I'm Ben Chapman.
I've spent nearly 20 years in commercial and technology roles across London and Melbourne. I started out implementing business systems, then moved into running sales, marketing and revenue teams, including building a commercial function from scratch for a large European group.
That background means I look at technology the way a business owner does: does it bring in customers, does it work reliably, and can you see what it's doing for you? Chapman National brings that thinking to smaller organisations, without the agency price tag or jargon.
